These terms govern your use of the EnoughFuel website and early-access waitlist.

Development-stage service

EnoughFuel is currently in development. Website descriptions and product previews are illustrative and may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee availability, timing, features, pricing, or acceptance into an early-access program.

Waitlist registration

You agree to provide accurate information and to use contact information that you are authorized to provide. Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a purchase obligation.

Communications

If you opt in, EnoughFuel may contact you regarding early access, product updates, or your business needs. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to discontinue text messages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, submit unlawful or misleading information, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The EnoughFuel name, website design, copy, product previews, and related materials belong to EnoughFuel or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

No warranties

The website and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnoughFuel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages resulting from use of this website or reliance on development-stage product information.

Changes

We may revise these terms as EnoughFuel develops. Continued website use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
